Distance Saturday meet 01/25/14

For those of you that would like to see where you are at this point we will be going to an all comers meet at West L.A. College.. The meet starts at 10am. Everyone should be there at 8:30am if you are racing the mile. If you are just doing the 800 then be there at 10am.. Cost is $5

Distance Schedule and Saturday Info

Saturday January 11: Returners/athletes that ran cross country will meet at Malaga Cove at 7:00am.
Please keep in mind that we start running at 7 so show up early, as we will start without you.
Practice will last all of 1 hour.. We will then carpool back to Zamperini. Everyone including returners are required to meet at 9:00am Zamperini concluding our workout.

New runners: Be at Zamperini by 9:00am. Please have trainers, snack and water with you.
